What is your return policy?

We will issue a full refund for the price of any item that is not special ordered and is returned within 30 days of receipt. Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is a result of our own error. Can I ship to an address other than my billing address?

Short answer, yes. However, the address will need to be added as an authorized Alternate Shipping Address.

If you specify a shipping address which differs from the credit card's actual billing address (for example your work address), you will need to contact your credit card company to add the "Alternate Shipping Address" to the account. This is not changing the billing address, only adding another authorized shipping address to the account.

Adding this address is an easy task. Simply call your credit card company using the phone number from the back of your card and ask the bank to add this shipping address as an approved "Alternate Shipping Address". Please do this before placing your order. Failure to do so will delay your order.

Is my order secure?
